Quotations and payment

Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Meganest retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, Meganest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
