Active Kids Academy
Booking-led website for a Botswana children's sports and arts academy, with a full programme catalogue, online course booking and a parent and learner login portal.
Overview
Active Kids Academy runs structured sport and arts programmes for children aged 3 to 17 across Botswana, from swimming and athletics to chess, art, crocheting and public speaking, plus an annual Kids Marathon. Meganest built the academy a website that does more than describe the offering — it takes the booking.
Challenge
Enrolment was being handled through phone calls and messages, which made it hard for parents to compare programmes and for the academy to keep track of interest. Eleven programmes, each with its own age range, weekly schedule and monthly fee, had to be presented clearly enough for a parent to choose and commit in a single visit.
Solution
We designed a conversion-focused homepage with a Book Your Course form sitting directly in the hero, backed by a full programme catalogue where every discipline has its own page carrying age range, training days and price. Supporting sections cover the coaching team, events, a photo gallery and a learner portal, with a login area for members and a persistent Book Now call to action across the site.
Results
Parents can now browse programmes and book a place without picking up the phone, and the academy has a professional shopfront for a community of over 2,000 across 11 programmes — with achievements from top learners published to build credibility with new families.
