Overview
Whoopee! is a Botswana retailer of curated lifestyle products spanning home and hosting, outdoor and adventure, bags, kids, tech and gadgets, sports and fitness, and corporate gifting. Meganest built the brand's online store — a complete shopping experience designed around how Batswana customers actually buy, combining a conventional checkout with the WhatsApp-first habits of the local market.
Challenge
The brand needed a store that could carry a broad, fast-changing catalogue across seven very different categories without feeling like a warehouse, while answering the two questions that stop most online purchases in Botswana: can I pay securely, and will it actually reach me?
Solution
We built a category-driven storefront with product search, cart and checkout, secure card and mobile money payments through DPO Pay, and a WhatsApp ordering route for customers who prefer to talk to a human. A dedicated corporate gifting stream serves business buyers, while Delivery & Shipping, Returns & Refunds, FAQ and Terms pages make the trading terms explicit up front.
Results
Whoopee! now trades online 24/6 with Gaborone delivery and a nationwide courier network, backed by a bold, high-energy brand experience that carries through from the animated header to the product pages.
